I am commanded by the Air Council to refer to
letter of the 18th December 1924, with which
you forwarded copies of correspondence with regard
to the communication to Hong Kong by radio-telegraphy
of meteorological observations from ships at sea, and
in reply thereto to enclose herewith copies of a
memorandum on the subject prepared by the Director
of the Meteorological office.
